• By providing a payment method, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge applicable fees on a one-time or recurring basis, depending on your selection.
• Refunds: Unless specified at checkout, purchases are non-refundable after access has been granted. If a refund policy is offered, its terms at the point of sale will govern.
• Chargebacks and Disputes: You agree to contact us first to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account suspension.

If you enroll in a subscription or trial, billing will continue at the stated interval until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal to avoid further charges. Trial offers convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends.

• Do not share or sell course materials or your login credentials.
• Do not scrape, copy at scale, or reverse engineer platform features.
• Do not post unlawful, harassing, or infringing content in community areas.
• Do not upload malware or attempt to disrupt or bypass security controls.

With your consent, we may reference your name, logo, and testimonial in our marketing materials. You can withdraw consent by contacting us and we will act within a reasonable timeframe.

We may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, analytics). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party actions or failures.

Courses are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sales Funnel Courses and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to access the courses ceases immediately. Certain provisions survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to confidential binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, administered by a recognized arbitration provider. Each party bears its own costs and attorney fees unless the arbitrator decides otherwise. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by reasonable means (e.g., banner notice or email if available). Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
